Collectifness

For years I have been working on interspecific social sound, from "sonicwilderness" developed togther with Till Boverman to feminist or other marginalized fight networks.

With rec-on.org an online exhibtion space for political sound and listening me and many people try to build new ideas how to express and respond to the world with the tools we have.

Carving out methodologies such as "queer feminist sonic technologies" or "audiocollectifness" represents the search, proposal and creation of an alternate reality to market capitalisms and art industries. This is the reason to travel more north than I already live and meet like-minded artists and practicioniers for a field camp.

I joined Biartsoctiey after my 2011 residency in Kilpisjärvi, 3 years after I moved with my crew from Berlin to Hailuoto, in the Bothnian Bay in Finland. At the time I was considering to start a complex project on the island, around rural remote sound art and wind (Hai Art)

Since I have participated in field_notes Hybrid Matters "sonic wild code" 2015 as a curator with Till Boverman and later joined again together with my daughter to participate in field_notes Reciprocity with Kira O'Knightly in 2018.

Aware of the privilege of participating in an unpaid, half-funded 2 week-camp, I wanted to contribute my knowledge and have deep conversations with people my age and meet aspiring kicking artists.

Familiarity with the landscape and process I was graving deep conversations around fire and in sauna after long days of learning in groups.

I have myself hosted collaborative artist groupd and facilitated many workshops and the pressure and responsibility is familiar to me.

I am very much a person of on-the-fly, fluid, constantly adapting artistic methodologies developer and networker and I was curious to learn and share.
